Early Childhood Representation

Early in the life of a baby with the last name of Smith, his father was admitted to a psychiatric institution for several months. Lisa Fredeking White decided that his father should be in the position to make all decisions for Zachary. This was a decision that she made during the time that his father was a patient. The mother was alive, available to provide care for her two year old son and had not proven to be unfit by a court. Lisa Fredeking White followed through with her decision and persuaded a court to grant Zachary to his father within days of being released from the psychiatric ward of a hospital.
